2020 BATHURST

When I was a little kid my old man would get me up at sun rise, so I could sit there on the lounge with him and watch the start of the Bathurst race. It only happen once a year and it was a traditional thing just like Anzac day, and we both loved Holden so we always supported a commodore driver. Fast forward nearly forty five years and sadly we are coming to the end of era, with not only the end of the legendary HOLDEN but also the end of watching Commodores racing up and over that ripper track Bathurst.

So it was really nice for not only a Holden to win this year at Bathurst, but also it was a driver who I followered over a lot of years and is actually a sandgroper himself Garth Tander! who was the co-driver to the ripper Van Gisbergen in the fastest commodore out there RED BULL!

What a way to say Goodbye...
