Now for the Kiddies playground
So late at night after discasing the backyard design with my landscape designer Bazza, well he was cheap to employ and he usually agreed with me. Jacko marked the area that I was going to dig up for us to lay down the old pavers from the Patio.
With a huge effort from Oscar we got the digging done and then onto the next part of the job, which was replacing the retic watering pipes which was a mongrel of a job but was done pretty quick.
And now for the paving again! But knowing we were getting close to the end made it a lot better, and it was fun laying them and using the red pavers gave it a nice touch.
Not before long we had made it to the Corporate box but it was another back breaking day in the sun, and I was starting to get sick of this work.
And after a couple of long days and a bloody sore back I had the paving done, Oh and the clothes washing!
A happy selfie wearing my paver cutting safety gear and trust me it wasn't after using it, as after cutting heaps of pavers I was covered in brick dust and trust me I had had enough of this work.
The next weekend I started to chip all the old cement off the old blocks that were used around the old pavers under the Patio, and after all those chipped clean blocks were all clean I started to lay them down along the paving. Hopefully this would stop some of the bloody weeds getting through, and also it divides the paving to the grass play ground. Now for a weekend off and then into the next job...
