Well, yours truly and the little fella Chase are having a trains day as on Friday he starts his cooking training at Joondalup TAFE, and so seeing he has to catch the train to Perth town and then to the Joons, I decided to sacrifice my lazy Saturday morning coffee and catch a few trains just so he's familiar with switching trains and which platforms to go to.

I see a pub there....

Perth's underground! Yes we do actually have a underground... okay it's only one station but it's still a underground! And we took it up to Joons to have a gander at his Tafe.

Well, after a huge five-minute walk in the morning heat up to the TAFE, I thought, is there a pub nearby... Well, you can't beat the Sovereign Arms Tavern. Time to wrap my laughing gear around a Pacific Ale... The day's looking up now.

The young fella enjoying a nice cold beer oh and Chase sinking down an icy Fanta.

After a quick train ride and were back in Perth and we just happened to walk past the Lucky Shag, but I thought as we're here we might as well pop in and sink a Pirate Life Pale Ale. What a nice detour.

Chase inside the Shag enjoying a nice Saturday morning air-con bar, as we just sit back and enjoy a ripper Perth tourist hotspot.

Don't we all just love hitting a tourist hotspot with your young fella you know doing the right family thing, and it was the young fellas first baby pub crawl with the old man.
