Around Ellenbrook (Part2)
.
Well it is about time to show you a little bit more of Ellenbrook, so today we went for a little bushwalk just on the eastern edge of the township.
We had a big bush-fire go through this edge of town a while back and it did a ripper job clearing out the undergrowth, and it doesn't take long for the bush to start growing again doesn't it look a bloody ripper.
And if ya have a yarn to any ridge-didge aboriginal he'll tell ya that it's what his old mob use to do forever, as the burn out gets rid of all the old deadwood (a bit like what Freo Dockers are doing ha,ha) But of-cause in the process you also B.B.Q all the wildlife around.... how much can a Koala bear ha,ha.
Some of our amazing bushland we have around here.

This town sculptor is a Sea Urchin with a Verticordia plant in the background, here is a photo of what one looks like there's heaps around Ellenbrook.
What happy two little vegemites
Ellenbrooks
Verticordia with two happy little scruffs.
This represents a part of the coral reef feeling we have here at Ellenbrook, we might be a bloody long walk to the coast but we can still have that beach feeling.
