Boys trip to Perth (Part1)
Well the old boys had the chance to get away from the others today, so after a quick train trip we were standing in Perth town. And for something different we were going to have a gander at some of the street art that is on offer in the city.
On our walkabout we menage to walk passed on of my favorite Pubs in Perth, the legendary 'Brass Monkey Hotel' in Northbridge. Only a few more years and yours truly and the big fella can pop inside for a beer.
Our first stop for some street art was in Northbridge in a little lane called Nicks, he's Harry getting in a photo.
Jacko wondering to himself In a few years he'll take me to the Pubs, and I don't have to wonder down back alleyways anymore.
Well as we were having a nice walk through Northbridge me and the boys thought, why not have some nice brekky at one of the resturants. When we came across the NBC Northbridge Brewing Company, and I thought they must do some sort of tucker.
And I wasn't wrong as the mob do a ripper feed for breakfast, Jacko had bacon n' eggs, Harrison had a ripper bloody steak ($10) and yours truly sank my laughing gear around a nice fish n' chips.
So with our tummies full we walked to the corner to have a gander at the black and white structure in front of the Piazza, it's a strange looking archway sculpture created by WA artist Lorenna Grant.
A short walk along Aberdeen street and their was a little 'No Name' lane before you hit William street, where we found some more street art and some more photo opportunity's.
And our last wall painting before we headed to the other side of Perth, to see what all the fuss is about with the Elizabeth Quay.
